Yanguas needs to look at the mental side of his game, he had a good thing with Garrido but he tends to look for excuses alot, blames the balls, weather, umpire, etc and that affects the performance on court at times. As for Stupa, he belongs with Martin but I just do not understand what happened to him this year, he was one of the best smashers and left side players in 2023 and in 2024 he hasn't looked anywhere near that, I just hope that he can rediscover some form and confidence and then maybe we can have Superpibes 3.0 🙏🏾

very interesting. i always have and had the feeling that yanguas gets limited by the amount of errors of Garrido and his inconsistent smashes...especially in important points and games. Also yaguas is the most effective right side player for me (except coello) . he makes a lot of points...sometimes it feels like he makes even more points then his partner on the left, what is crazy. i always wanted to see him with a good left-side player. and if stupa is in form i think stupa could be that guy. from all the new couples (lebron/di nenno, stupa yanguas) stupa and yaguas will perform best and be at least the clear nr3. i wanted to see yaguas with tello but with stupa it will also be fine i guess :) very interesting times....because i think the best couples that we the fans could have are not even built yet. yaguas was limited from garrido...stupa and di nenno were equal i would say, thats why they were consistent nr 3. momo is limited by the error-master ruiz who sometimes has the error-count of an amateur player it feels...but is very strong in offense. tello could also play top level but gets hold back from bela who cant perform anymore on the top top level as it seems. stupa took the one topplayer who was limited from the left side (yaguas). but the other 2 players who imo could play much better (tello, momo) need a top tier right side player. im not sure if there are any. i would have prefered that lebron goes with tello or momo and stays on the right. would have been a much stronger couple then lebron left and di nenno right. stupa yanguas, tello lebron, momo di nenno would all have been top couples. as it is now....2 top players will very likely stay limited in the one or the other way (tello, momo) in your words....i think a very fast train was missed there :D:D

I feel like this year stupa's smash is a lot less effective than last year. Do you think that is maybe because of the change in racket (st 2 to st3)

People underestimate Lebron only because he has a feisty character, his return to the left together with a great defender is a right choice for his career. I've seen all the Paquito Lebron bis matches: a pairing that absolutely doesn't work on a tactical level.

Surely the stats don't necessarily apply because lebron smashes from the right side, which is more difficult.

They were always one of my favourite teams. Stupa doesn't seem to have the power that the current top left players have. Maybe he lost some power.

Stupa and yanguas - paquito and garido maybe jhon sanz. This was the most romantic pair and i dident see that coming but at the end of the day is all about winning. In my opinion is all about chemistry and the chemistry chingalan have at the moment is unbeatable.

The reality is that there is no combination of remaining players that can match up to Coelo/Tapia and Chingalan.

Poor Di Nenno 😢 I don’t particularly dislike LeBron for any reason. I just think he’s a bad team player and his passion for the sport outweighs his capability to be a good teammate and it undermines his social and communication skills. I would have much rather preferred to see Di Nenno with my fave player Paquito!!! I hope Paquito secured a good partnership I hate seeing him lose. And as for Stupa in Rome he did very well in the second set with Di Nenno but unfortunately it was too little too late. I think Galan and LeBron belong together.

This was somewhat expected. I mean they have not done any great results so far and they seem to stand still in their progression. Even if they are the third couple they are miles away from Galan/Chingotto and Coello/Tapia. Also I got a feeling when Stupa got the question if they was going to continue and he sounded unsure and hesitant in his answer. I even think it was from the interview from this channel. Anyway it will be fun to watch some new couples play and see what they can do. And Lebron on backhand can be fun to watch.

It's really sad for me as Stupa just has not been at his best this season but they are so good together when they are in good form. Martin is amazingly consistent but there is no guarantee of success with Lebron whereas Stupa is practically his brother. On paper, Lebron on the left (he's not a typical right side player and would be better than than Martin on the left) with Martin on the right (the best right sided player imo) could be amazing, it's just that I have doubts over Lebron's mental state since the split with Galan.

Galan is a better player than LeBron but when dinenno is at his peak, he is better than chingotto, especially on the attack, so it could be interesting battles, but I really think Galan is on a different level and will probably be the reason Galan and chingonwill win most part of the battles
